Responsibilities include:


Concept & Collection Development:

Trend and runway research for each season;

Creating moodboards and collection concepts;

Defining color palettes based on fashion forecasts and commercial viability;

Sketching key silhouettes and full looks;

Selecting core fabrics and graphic directions for the collection.


Product Design:

Designing styles for all product categories;

Sourcing fit and silhouette references based on trends and sales analytics;

Choosing fabrics and trims for each style;

Conducting fittings, making adjustments on first samples and PPS in collaboration with patternmakers;

Developing construction details and sewing techniques for samples;

Ongoing communication with patternmakers and product managers on production processes.


Team & Creative Direction:

Leading junior designers, assigning styles for sketching, and mentoring them during technical development;

Consulting on print and graphic design: ideation, composition, scale, and revisions;

Collaborating with the marketing team on brand identity and positioning;

Styling collection looks for catalog shoots, selecting references for accessories, lighting, posing, and model casting in coordination with the production team;

Co-developing lookbook shoot concepts with the brand designer;

Organizing fittings with models and celebrities.

Designed custom garments for private clients, including public figures, with a focus on fit, material, and individuality.
Collaborated with emerging brands on the development of shirt capsules, from concept and design to final product.
